Service Design <UAL Volunteers App>

During this project we collaborated with the Business and Innovation Unit at the University of the Arts London (UAL). Our brief was to design a new inclusive charity volunteering service for LCC students for all students to take part in. The service had to be inclusive to all students, even those with limited time to offer. It would have to give them access to meaningful skills- based opportunities giving them experience that will help them begin their career. The volunteering opportunities should only be with local charities who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford to hire someone for these roles. There should also be a maximum of one full-time member of staff to run the service after it’s launch.
